Dua n°209

The dua in Arabic:

لَا إلَهَ إلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ، لَهُ المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ، يُحْيِي وَيُمِيْتُ، وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ، بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ

The invocation in english:

« None has the right to be worshiped except Allah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is living and does not die. In His hand is all good and He is over all things, omnipotent. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Lâ ilâha illâ l-lâhou, wahdahou lâ sharîka lahou, lahou-l-moulkou wa lahou-l-hamdou, youhyî wa youmîtou, wa houwa hayyoun lâ yamûtou, bi-yadihi-l-khayrou, wa houwa 'alâ koulli shay in qadîr.

Source : at-Tirmidhi (#3429, 5/291), al-Hakim (1/538) and Ibn Majah (#2235). Al-Albani classified him hassan in Sahih Ibn Majah (2/21) and Sahih at-Tirmidhi (3/152).
