Supplication when there is a verse of prostrationDua during the sujud following a verse of prostrationDua n°50The dua in Arabic: سَجَدَ وَجْهِي لِلَّذِي خَلَقَهُ، وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ، بِحَوْلِهِ وَقُوَّتِهِ (فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ) The invocation in english: « My face fell prostrate before He who created it and brought forth its faculties of hearing and seeing by His might and power. (So Blessed is Allah, the best of creators). » The dhikr in phonetics: Sajada wajhî li-l-ladhî khalaqahou wa sawwarahou wa shaqqa sam'ahou wa basarahou bi-hawlihi wa qouwwatihi, fa tabâraka l-lâhou ahsanou-l-khâliqîn.
Source : at-Tirmidhi (#580, 2/474), Ahmad (6/30) and al-Hakim declared it sahih and ad-Dhahabi agreed with him (1/220). The extension is from Sourate al-mouʾminun. Dua n°51The dua in Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ اكْتُبْ لِي بِهَا عِنْدَكَ أَجْراً، وَضَعْ عَنِّي بِهَا وِزْراً، وَاجْعَلْهَا لِي عِنْدَكَ ذُخْراً، وَتَقَبَّلَهَا مِنِّي كَمَا تَقَبَّلْتَهَا مِنْ عَبْدِكَ دَاوُدَ The invocation in english: « O Allah, record for me a reward for this (prostration), and remove from me a sin. Save it for me and accept it from me just as You had accepted it from Your servant Dawud. » The dhikr in phonetics: Allâhoumma ktoub lî bihâ 'indaka ajran, wa da' 'annî bihâ wizran, wa j'alhâ lî 'indaka dhoukhran, wa taqabbalhâ minnî kamâ taqabbaltahâ min 'abdika Dâwûd.
Source : at-Tirmidhi (#579, 2/473) and al-Hakim declared it Sahih and ad-Dhahabi agreed with him (1/219).
