The dua in Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

The invocation in english:

« O Allah, send prayers upon Muḥammad and the followers of Muḥammad, just as You sent prayers upon Ibrahim and upon the followers of Ibrahim. Verily, You are full of praise and majesty. O Allah, send blessings upon Muḥammad and upon the family of Muḥammad, just as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Verily, You are full of praise and majesty. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Allâhoumma salli 'alâ mouhammadin wa 'alâ âli mouhammadin kamâ sallayta 'alâ Ibrâhîma wa 'alâ âli Ibrâhîma. Innaka hamîdoun, majîd. Allâhoumma bârik 'alâ mouhammadin wa 'alâ âli mouhammadin kamâ bârakta 'alâ Ibrâhîma wa 'alâ âli Ibrâhîma. Innaka hamîdoun, majîd.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

« O Allah, send prayers upon Muḥammad and upon the wives and descendants of Muḥammad, just as You sent prayers upon the family of Ibrahim, and send blessings upon Muḥammad and upon the wives and descendants of Muḥammad, just as You sent blessings upon the family of Ibrahim.
