The dua in Arabic:

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ الوَاحِدُ القَهَّارُ، رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا العَزِيْزُ الغَـفَّارُ

The invocation in english:

« None has the right to be worshiped except Allah, the One, al-Qahhar. Lord of the heavens and the earth and all between them, the Exalted in Might, the Oft-Forgiving. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Lâ ilâha illâ l-lâhou-l-wâhidou-l-qahhârou, rabbou s-samâwâti wa-l-ardi wa mâ baynahoumâ-l-'azîzu-l-ghaffar.

Source : al-Hakim (1/540) and he authenticated it and ad-Dhahabi agreed with him, an-Nasai in 'Amal al-Yawm wa al-Laylah (#864) and Ibn al-sounni in son 'Amal al-Yawm wa al-Laylah (#757). Also see Sahih al Jami' (#4693, 4/213).
