The dua in Arabic:

مُطِرْنَا بِفَضْلِ اللهِ وَرَحْمَتِهِ

The invocation in english:

« We have been given rain by the grace and mercy of Allah. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

moutirnâ bi-fadli l-lâhi wa rahmatihi.
