The dua in Arabic:

بِسْمِ اللهِ (ثَلاثاً)
أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ.(سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ)

The invocation in english:

Recite « In the name of Allah. » (3 times) followed by « I take refuge in Allah and within His omnipotence from the evil that I feel and am wary of. » (7 times). »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Bismillâhi (3 times). A'oûdhou billâhi wa qoudratihi min sharri mâ ajidou wa uhâdhirou (7 times)
