The dua in Arabic:

أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ، وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الأبْرَارُ، وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ المَلائِكَةُ

The invocation in english:

« May the fasting break their fast in your home, and may the dutiful and pious eat your food, and may the angels send prayers upon you. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Aftara 'indakoumou s-sâ imûna, wa akala ta'âmakoumou-l-abrârou, wa sallat 'alaykoumou-l-malâ ikatou.

Source : Abu Dawud (#3854, 3/367), Ibn Majah (#1747, 1/556) and an-Nasai in 'Amal al-Yawm wa al-Laylah [296-298]. Al-Albani authenticated it in Sahih Abi Dawud (2/730).
