The dua in Arabic:

سُبْحَانَ المَلِكِ القُدُّوسِ (ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، وَ الثَّالِثَةُ يَجْهَرُ بِهَا وَيَمُدُّ صَوْتَهُ يَقُولُ : [ ربِّ المَلائِكَةِ وَالرُّوحِ])

The invocation in english:

« How perfect the King, the Holy One is (3 times, and on the third time the Prophet would raise his voice, elongate it and add: [Lord of the angels and the Ruḥ]). »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Soubhâna-l-maliki-l-qouddousi. [Rabbi-l-malâ ikati wa r-roûhi.]
