The dua in Arabic:

يُكَبِّرُ كُلَّمَا رَمَى بِحَصَاةٍ عِنْدَ الجِمَارِ الثَّلاثِ، ثُمَّ يَتَقَدَّمُ، وَ يَقِفُ يَدْعُوْ مُسْتَقْبِلَ القِبْلَةَ، رَافِعاً يَدَيْهِ بَعْدَ الجَمْرَةِ الأوْلَى وَ الثَّانِيَةِ، أمَّا جَمْرَةُ العَقَبَةِ فَيَرْمِيْهَا، وَ يُكَبِّرُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ حَصَاةٍ، وَ يَنْصَرِفُ، وَ لَا يَقِفُ عِنْدَهَا

The invocation in english:

« Allah is the greatest » [with each throw of stones] [Advance towards the Qibla and make invocations by raising your hands, after the first stele and after the second.]

The dhikr in phonetics:

Allâhou akbar.
