The dua in Arabic:

﴿رَبَّنَا آتِنَا في الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وفي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ﴾

The invocation in english:

« O our Lord, grant us the best in this life and the best in the next life, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Rabbanâ âtinâ fî d-dounya hasanatan wa fî-l-âkhirati hasanatan wa qinâ 'adhâba n-nâr.

Source : Abu Dawud (#1892, 2/179), Ahmad (3/411) and al-Baghawi in Sharh al-sounnah (7/128). Al-Albani declared it hassan in Sahih Abi Dawud (1/354).
