The dua in Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ، اللَّهُمَّ ثَبِّتْهُ

The invocation in english:

« O Allah, forgive him, O Allah, protect him. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Allâhoumma ghfir lahou, Allâhoumma thabbit-hou.

Source : Abu Dawud (#3221, 3/315) and al-Hakim (1/370) and he authenticated it and ad-Dhahabi agreed with him.
