The dua in Arabic:

أَحَبَّكَ الَّذِيْ أَحْبَبْتَنِي لَهُ

The invocation in english:

« May He, for whom you have loved me, love you. »

The dhikr in phonetics:

Ahabbaka l-ladhî ahbabtanî lahou.
